Set up the kobo accounts

You need to create two kobo account

* one for the surveys 
* one for the template

.. warning::
   Both accounts need to be created on the UNHCR kobo server and these are two different account and not two different projects! `Link <https://kobo.unhcr.org/>`_


* Don’t create any project on the survey account, the application will create them automatically.
* Create a project and upload the .xls corresponding on template account.
