Deploying new surveys¶

Note

When any template is detected for the first time for a new year for which surveys still do not exist: the master forms of all the 3 surveys - Beneficiary Surveys (real and demo), and Partner Survey should be deployed to Kobo toolbox with CSV file “locations”.

AUTO ONLY: This action will be scheduled automatically whenever a new year is identified, while there are no surveys in KoboToolbox for that year - this will be scanned every 4 hours under automatic mode.
